Our experiences of anxiety and/or depression are both personal and collective, both often benefit from a holistic exploration of our world.

There are many factors that influence our anxiety and depression including life stressors, support networks, family systems, identity, culture, and experiences around work, expectation, community, and connection.

Oftentimes we need someone to hold space for us and not be overwhelmed by pervasive toxic positivity culture - that’s where I come in.
