Welcome to
Sip & Psych
Where we pair coffee, tea, & therapy
Simple.
Coffee & Connection
Why Sip & Psych?
I wanted a company name that represented both who I am as well as my therapeutic style.
Some of the best connections I have made have been over coffee.
Many of my jobs before counselling involved me serving coffee.
And, building connection, easing stress, and creating comfort in counselling is my ultimate goal…
So, why not start with a cup of coffee?
You customize your coffee
why not your counselling?
Do you prefer online therapy from the comforts of home?
Or, perhaps you would rather hangout with me at the office?
A space to show up to talk about things that you can’t with anyone else?
A focus on skills, techniques, and tools?
Together, I promise, we will find what works for you.
Sip & Psych Support
In Person or Online
My work in mental health started over 15 years ago and I opened my own practice in Airdrie back in 2021. Sip & Psych has since expanded services to support folks in Calgary.
Providing You a Space to Relax
Whether you attend the Calgary or Airdrie office, your sessions will be set in soothing office environments featuring sound-proofed rooms, comfortable seating, and complimentary coffee, tea, and other options to ‘sip’ on.

I would like to acknowledge that Sip and Psych is located on the traditional territories of the people of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprising the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations). I further acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis Homeland.
I am grateful to live, play, and work on this beautiful land that has been cared for by the First Nations, Métis and Inuit for generations. I make these acknowledgements as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory I reside on.
